Ross has an expert understanding of the UK’s point-based system and compliance regime for employer sponsors, advising corporate clients of all sizes, from start-ups, SMEs and charitable or religious organisations to large multinationals. He regularly advises on applications for licences to sponsor skilled workers (including on UKVI compliance requirements, the impact of mergers, restructuring and TUPE, as well as training HR teams). Ross also has a proven track record finding tailored immigration solutions for private clients across the gamut of personal applications, from Global Talent Visas, high net worth and investor clients to family, UK ancestry and British citizenship.
Ross is a regular participant of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) Economic Migration Working Group and a contributing author for Lexis PSL.
After leaving the Civil Service, Ross was previously a Practice Manager and a senior at two City law firms of global repute before becoming Senior Client Manager at Vanessa Ganguin Immigration Law Limited, a boutique immigration law practice in the City which shares our approach and which is under contract to provide immigration support to our clients. Working closely with Vanessa Ganguin, Ross and the rest of her expert team provide seamless support on the full range of UK immigration applications and compliance issues.
