Mark particularly enjoys finding solutions to knotty employee relations issues regarding (amongst other things) performance, redundancies, disciplinaries and grievances, and post-termination restrictions. His advice is pragmatic and empathetic.

Mark previously worked as the sole in-house employment lawyer at a tech-driven information services company, covering labour issues across ten jurisdictions and an employee population of c.1800.

Mark is recognised as a key lawyer in the Legal 500 guide and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
