Before joining the firm in January 2026, Emily spent 6.5 years at an international UK law firm where she trained and qualified into the Employment team. She has advised clients on a wide range of contentious, advisory and transactional employment matters, including employment tribunal litigation, employment aspects of corporate and commercial property transactions, TUPE transfers, workforce restructurings, workplace policy and compliance, investigations and contract issues. Emily also completed a nine-month secondment to a non-departmental public arms-length body in the rail sector.
In her current role, Emily ensures that our firm and clients stay up to date on legal developments, as well as reviewing, revising and contributing to the firm’s knowledge resources. She also assists in developing products and services to support our clients in employment law compliance.
