He has delivered a broad range of solution implementations, data migrations, system upgrades and complex IT workstreams, ensuring projects are well structured, effectively governed and aligned with business needs.
Craig has a strong track record in the legal sector, where he has led technology transformation initiatives and supported firms through change programmes involving new platforms, workflow automation and greater data visibility. He works closely with stakeholders at all levels, as well as internal and external delivery partners, to maintain clear communication and ensure the smooth delivery of each project.
