Alison previously worked in the Disputes Team at McDermott Will & Schulte, before going on to support the Employment & Discrimination Team at Leigh Day, where she gained experience in worker status, discrimination, and modern slavery claims. Before beginning her career in law, Alison also worked for several years as a programme manager in the humanitarian and international development sectors.
